Okay, but just to confuse the issue ;)  The Scheme toplevel must include 
bindings for IMPORT (otherwise you cannot import into the toplevel), INCLUDE, 
INCLUDE-CI, and presumably also MODULE, so elements of the module language are 
also Scheme :)
