[Scheme-reports] string->utf8

In the string->utf8 example, can a bytevector print with its elements
being numbers like #xCE ?  I was under the impression they would usually
print as decimal.

Also, I should take the opportunity to say that the parts of the r7rs
draft that talk about unicode seem really good to me.
