This is a Formal Response to Formal Comment #436:
Generalization of append, map, and for-each to other sequences
The WG voted to adopt vector-append and bytevector-append, but
bytevector-map and bytevector-for-each were postponed to the
large language, which may provide different versions for u8,
s8, u16, etc. views of the bytevector.
