The third and fourth paragraphs seem redundant.  I think you could
remove most of the third and join to the fourth.  Perhaps you could add
a couple of examples to the table instead of describing them explicitly
in the text.

I agree regarding the other ML poster that said you should remove the
apology for capitalizing identifiers -- just reword the two places that
produce the ambiguity, and remove the apology.
