[Scheme-reports] parameterize missing parentheses

Hi,

This is not a formal comment.

I think the syntax definition of parametrize in §7.1.3 (page 59) of the 6th draft is missing a pair of parentheses "(<expression> <expression)*". They're present in syntax definition and examples in §4.2.6.
