Thanks very much for this report; I don't normally test the compilers when
I run implementation tests. I don't think it affects the substance of
my proposal, however; it just means that it "is an error" to attempt to
get the value of an unbound identifier (no requirement to signal an error).
Likewise, it "is an error" to mutate an unbound identifier, with the
known extension of binding it when an attempt is made.
